Laminated woven bag questions
Laminated woven or paper — which one?
A laminated woven bag uses a woven PP base with BOPP or OPP film printed on top: sharp graphics, moisture protection and high tear resistance at lower cost for 10–20 kg fills. Paper is chosen when food-contact appearance, stiffness and high-speed valve filling matter more.
Which liner for feed or pet food?
Most feed and pet food bags use a BOPP laminated woven outer with a PP inner liner, sewn at the bottom or closed with a valve. Liner thickness is matched to the fat content and storage conditions.
Can heavy minerals go in woven bags?
Yes. For mullite sand, zircon sand and similar heavy minerals we build 3-ply paper or woven laminates with a thickened PE inner liner and sewn or valved bottoms, typically for 30–40 kg fills.
