Paper bags for tile adhesive, grout and wall filler

Valve sacks in 2-paper-1-film and 3-paper-1-film structures for 20–50 kg fills, with perforated plies, reinforced bottoms and multi-language printing.

What We Supply

Built for dry mix, fast filling and long transit

Tile adhesive is denser than putty powder, often filled faster, and shipped to markets where humidity and rough pallet handling decide whether the bag arrives intact. The structure has to answer all three at once.

  • 2-paper-1-film and 3-paper-1-film options
  • Outer valve, inner valve or ultrasonic valve
  • Perforated plies for de-aeration and flat stacking
  • Inner and outer bottom reinforcement for 20–50 kg
  • Multi-language print with barcodes and warnings

Design Choices

Three details that decide whether the bag survives

The film layer

Paper alone will not hold back humidity on a sea voyage. The film layer, and how evenly it is bonded to the plies, decides whether the powder still pours freely on arrival.

The perforation

Perforated plies let trapped air out during filling. Without them the bags sit unevenly, stacks lean and the bottom seams take the load at an angle.

The bottom reinforcement

Inner and outer reinforcement strips at the bottom are what keep a 25 kg bag intact through the drop from the filling spout and later on the pallet.

FAQ

Tile adhesive bag questions

What structure for 20 kg tile adhesive?

Most 20–25 kg tile adhesive uses a 2-paper-1-film structure with an outer valve. The film holds back moisture; the two paper plies give stiffness for stacking.

Why are perforated plies important?

Air has to escape while the powder is blown in. Perforations let the bag settle flat instead of puffing up, which keeps stacks straight and reduces transit damage.

Can you print mixing instructions in several languages?

Yes. Multi-language printing is standard for building material packaging: brand artwork, mixing ratios, curing times, warnings and barcodes, in one to eight colours.

Will the bags survive a humid climate?

For humid destinations we increase the film layer and add inner reinforcement at the bottom, and we recommend pallet wrapping that keeps the outer paper dry in storage and transit.
